Emporia Patterns Cassie dress is a loose fitting, flowing summer dress designed to keep you cool in the heat. Perfect for popping on post-beach or wearing out for a picnic, the dress is based on a t-shirt style bodice, with gathered skirt layers, in your chosen length. Go short and swishy or full length and maxi for a boho effect. Alternatively you could wear it over a long sleeved t-shirt and leggings in the colder months. The dress can also be made with tie straps for hotter weather in classic sundress style.

A very easy make, the dress features short, attached sleeves and bust darts, and no closures. This pattern is suitable for beginners and those with very little sewing experience.
